Caroline is a professional life coach and hypnotherapist. Her work has spanned areas areas as diverse as theatre, television, education and the criminal justice system. When her life partner of 20 years became depressed it was a shock. She could not find the right help quickly enough, so she wrote: “Living with the Black Dog – how to cope when your partner is depressed” published by White Ladder Press in February 2007”
Caroline’s new book ‘How not to worry, how to stop anxiety spoiling your life’ will be published by White Ladder Press on Sept 29th 2008. Caroline has both personal and professional experience of anxiety, having lived through what she now believes was a Generalised Anxiety Disorder when she was in her early twenties. Therefore she knows just what it’s like to be frightened and bewildered by your own thoughts and feelings.
