I have been a life coach for many years and I've found that sometimes, people just need a phone call - someone to talk to in order to help them achieve clarity, put things in perspective and offer some fresh and inspiring ideas. I'm always delighted by the positive impact that just one call can have! 


I have spoken to hundreds of people over the years, offering advice, support and ways to manage (and thrive) whilst living through emotional challenges. Personal and professional experience has shown me that it is perfectly possible to do this. One call can make a massive, positive difference to how you feel.

Then I'll contact you via email to set up a mutually convenient appointment.  I'll also send some brief questions for you to consider and return to me before we speak. This will ensure that we make best use of the time during our call.
